The status of a data source, shown in the Sources section of your Power My Analytics hub, indicates whether data from the connection is successfully being retrieved by PMA. Source statuses may also alert you to issues with your data source connection that could prevent data from being retrieved.

Data Source Statuses

Each of your connected data sources (connections) in your PMA hub has a status that indicates where it is in the process of data retrieval. Source statuses may indicate that data is being synced successfully, that syncing is currently in progress, or whether there is an issue that could prevent data syncing.

Status Description Notes
All Good All data sync jobs have succeeded in the past 24 hours. No action is required.
Syncing Data synchronization is in progress. Sync times typically range from 10 minutes to 2 hours for each account under the data source connection. No action is required.
Disconnected PMA cannot access your data source, preventing data retrieval. This can be due to a revoked or expired authorization token, or invalid credentials (such as a password change). PMA will also send you an email and an in-app notification when a data source disconnects. Please follow the instructions to Disconnect and Reconnect a Source in your hub.
Resolving At least one data sync job for the data source has failed within the past 24 hours, and PMA is retrying data retrieval in order to resolve the issue. Partial data may still be available. No action is required. Power My Analytics will automatically retry the data sync jobs for the data source.
Loading The PMA hub interface is currently retrieving the source’s data sync status. No action is required. The source’s data sync status will appear momentarily.
Discontinued This data connector is deprecated. Data syncing for these data sources is no longer supported. No action is required. Your historical data cached in PMA’s warehouse is still available, but no new data will be synced.
Not Syncing The authorization for the data source connection is valid, but no data sync jobs have been performed in the past 24 hours. Verify that data is available on the data source’s originating platform, and that you have at least one account selected for syncing under the connected data source.
No Accounts Available Your authorization token for the data source is valid, but there is no data available from the source. It’s possible that the necessary permissions were not enabled when connecting the data source, or incorrect login credentials may have been used. Disconnect the data source and reconnect with the correct login, and allow all required permissions.
